Such a professional and excellent service. The staff, particularly Cindy and Daniel, went above and beyond their remit and nothing was too much trouble to them. I was kept informed of every move and the follow-up of viewings and the pursuit of a sale was second to none. On the buying side their commitment to the purchase was invaluable. Overall I felt in very safe hands and would recommend Nicol to anyone, buying or selling. Their attention to the smallest detail is outstanding.
I can't praise Nicol Estate agents enough, and a special mention to Gaye in particular - she has been outstanding in her handling of our sale. Douglas has excellent knowledge of the local market and was spot on with his assessment of our house in terms of home report value and anticipated price (another larger agent were off the mark). We had 4 viewers before our house was on the market and was sold at closing date 4 days later with 3 offers. If you are considering using Nicol, I would have no hesitation in recommending them, for their professionalism, persistence, excellent communication and ultimately selling your house for a great price.
I recently purchased my house through the Newton Mearns branch of Nicol estate agents and I have to say, I had an exceptional experience with them. From start to finish Daniel Cohen and the team were second to none. So professional, efficient and overall a joy to deal with. My only regret is not letting Daniel sell my own property.
