Gavin is the biggest BS about and as for Jackie, cannot reply to an email?! Hope I saved some poor person from the extreme stress and upset I have endured
Contacted this agent on two occasions regarding sale of 5 bedroom house in East RenTook details and promised to send schedule at time of launch. Didnt bother. Rang again to make enquiry. Message left and no call back.They also arranged an open house viewing on a Saturday morning. Allen and Harris didn't bother to show up. Instead, a neighbour was outside explaining to visitors that the viewings had been cancelled.Presumably had received a number of offers and didn't have courtesy to reply or relay info to interested parties. Wonder if seller knew there was additional interest - ready to exceed asking price?No wonder so many estate agents have a certain reputation
