Brilliant service. Someone gave me a DSi XL which had a broken hinge so I ordered a new shell from Consoles & Gadgets. I messaged them on Facebook asking about it and was promptly replied to that they were out of stock and it would take 7 days to get the parts. Less than 7 days and the part was at my house. They had sourced a new part earlier than expected and sent it out first class. After trying to fix the DSi myself and breaking the ribbon cables for the camera and top screen, I messaged them again and asked for help. They couldn't of been more helpful and sent me out some new parts quick smart and pointed me in the direction of their great tutorials on their website. After following them I successfully fixed my DSi and it is fully working to its former potential. This was the only site I could find the parts I needed and they couldn't of been more helpful.Thanks guys, great service. Keep it up
Very kind and helpful people - I couldn't get my old sim card out of my mobile to replace it with my new one and they did it for me and also inserted my memory card for me and would not take a penny for their time! They were also happy to show me how to do it myself and very patient. I had already been recommended to them for gadget repairs by my cousin and my son and I too, would highly recommend them. I was a bit nervous sending my son's Nintendo 2ds off for repair but I needn't have worried at all.. Charly and the team were so friendly and helpful and by far the best value in the UK (and I did a lot of price checking). I sent the console off special delivery on the Wednesday afternoon and it was returned by special delivery on the Friday morning, all fixed! Even though they had a few phone issues (out of their control) they still managed to keep me well informed of what was happening throughout the repair process.Thank you guys, I couldn't have asked for more.
Website listed an item "in stock." Purchased it and after weeks of not receiving it, I contacted them to track the order. I was told the item was not in stock and they were waiting on their manufacturer to ship them a new batch. I waited another three weeks or so, and contacted them again. Same response. This went on from September until the end of December, at which point they stopped communicating, even after I requested a refund. Ultimately had to file a charge back claim with the credit card I used for the purchase. This store is not trustworthy.
We have purchased 2 laptops and had a printer installed via our neighbours next door. The service is second to none and the staff are so friendly. We will continue to use this shop and the customer service is second to none GianniRestaurant Manager
