Great afternoon tea with a real Italian theme. Well worth a visit
My family, 6 adults and 2 children had a super lunch here. We are food from the a la carte menu. Everything was delicious. Beautifull presented food. Service was good but no one hurried us which was lovely as we had plenty time to enjoy the meal and catch up on family news. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
A fabulous Sunday Al a Carte afternoon lunch. Food so tasty it brought many holiday memories back from the Algarve, Italy, France and Scotland for me. Can't wait to come back.
Afternoon tea, food bland and unimaginative, just a pot of relish on the side would have helped. It was all very dry, no sauces, not even some balsamic/olive oil in which to dip the dry bread left over. Very chewy. Plus side, it was all very pretty, beautifully served, artful and pleasing, nice decor, LOVELY and attentive genuinely Italian staff. The of noise from all the children was quite deafening at times, only relieved by the dulling effects of alcohol. I've been there, done that and have no wish to spend my hard earned money listening to someone else's creating a fuss and jumping on sofas. I will not choose afternoon tea next time in order to avoid small noisy children. I also found it a bit overpriced. Not sure if I'd bother returning except the gin and tonic was beautifully served and delicious.
We went for afternoon tea. It was fantastic! My family is from Italy and I am always hesitant about trying Italian restaurants but the food was great. It was probably the best afternoon tea Ive ever had. It was very filling as well. I cannot wait to return for dinner!
