Attended Optimal Physio at the Golf Acadamey in Newton Mearns and was delighted with the service and treatment of my injury. Left the appointment with confidence in how to improve the issue my knee was giving me.
Had experienced knee pain on and off for nearly three years which started getting progressively worse and in the first appointment was diagnosed and given exercises to strengthen the weak areas, 8 weeks later I am almost pain free and able to keep going with my active lifestyle. Great support and encouragement along the way, loved the use of the app to remind you of the exercises given and daily reminders if you hadn't checked off that you had done them.
30min appointment was excellent for the diagnosis and treatment for a small issue I had. Finished with excercises to strengthen the area and a program to move forward with to overcome the issue but more importantly to help prevent any reoccurrence. First class service,highly reccomended.
