As a park, it meets the required definition but it's life as a park has been a troubled one.In it's youth, it started so happy-go-lucky but as it got older, the lack of opportunity and hanging around the wrong kids affected it's self worth and self belief. Today, it's a shadow of it's former self.Rusted and flaking in parts, it's paint has seen better days.
