Ordered chicken chow mein the delivery driver dropped it on the doorstep it managed to stay in its packaging. Food very overpriced chow mein was disgusting stewed chicken and a pile of slop would not be reordering from this takeaway

Ordered two takeaway meals which I collected in person, one chicken with chilli & black bean sauce, one paradise pan fried chicken with sweet & sour sauce. Both meals were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and TOTALLY INEDIBLE. The chicken (if indeed it was that) was skin-on, full of fat and gristle and completely tasteless. The sauce was a semi-solid gloop that stood proudly on its own - vile in the extreme. If I had a dog I wouldnt have given it to them for justifiable fears of reprisal from the RSPCA. I can only assume that the chef was drunk, high, or possibly both when he made this stuff up. Called them back to inform them and we were told we could either have the meals reordered or have a refund instead - no apology. We opted for the latter. When my wife went back to the takeaway she took both main meals back, after we had extricated it from the fried rice, just to show that we werent making it up. A refund was issued. The best, however, is yet to come. Ten minutes later I received a call from Mister Cheeky the takeaway telephone order boy, stating that wed had a refund but asking where the fried rice was!! (To be fair, I suspect this may have been instigated under the orders of the wee oriental despot wummin who owns the place and spends much of her time bawling at the staff). I informed him it was now in its rightful place in our wheelie bin, whereupon he stated that we really should have returned the rice too (on reflection, I may just get it out of the bin now and do so). I informed him firstly that his restaurant should be ashamed of preparing & passing off as food the substandard inedible rubbish with which we had been fobbed off, secondly that he had a nerve calling asking for rice to be returned and then asked him his name. He refused to provide it and hung up. What lovely people! MY ADVICE WOULD BE - AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALH

Very small portion sizes. Owner screams at her staff like their is no tomorrow. Overpriced. And just a really horrible atmosphere. The owner is a scary woman. Feel for her staff.

Never been disappointed yet best Chinese takeaway for taste and quality, quite pricey but you get what you pay for.

Brilliant food but didnt answer their phone for 2 hours which I think is ridiculous because all I wanted was my food. Extremely disappointed with this and will not be using this for my go to chinese much longer.
