Terrible practise. The reception staff are very rude and practise manager arranges work experience yet says not to come in on the actual day. WASTE OF TIME!
-1. There has been nothing but issues. Drs never triage you calls back. They refuse to send you for tests although emergency out of hours admitted you to hospital and they said theyd write to Drs. Im sick and tired of having to pay private. Last two issues were only able to give me a two hour slot on a Wednesday for near future to have bloods taken. I had to pay nearly 200 to get tested and now having to self medicate as when you phone to make an appointment the dr apparently has called back and put you down as failed call although you e not missed a call. Seriously shocking behaviour from this surgery. Ill be doing tomorrow what I did last time refusing to leave drs surgery until they see me.! So sad as this surgery use to be great when in Maxwell Road. If you have serious health issues like me. Id chose another dr.
Excellent surgery. Just been over a year since I joined this surgery and can truly say this surgery is on point and staff are friendly and very helpfull.
My husband has been feeling really bad for the last 3 weeks,he had afew appointments with his doctor mr mohamad,first appointment his doctor prescribed a wrong medication which made him feel worse,Today my husband had another appointment,he asked the doctor to get an urgent treatment,and if he can do a headscan,dr mohamad refused to refer him for an urgent hospital treatment,dr mohamad took his blood test and asked him to leave the room in a aggressive way,dr mohamad was not kin to treat my husband in the best possible way,he was aggressive towards my husband We are going to see our lawyer and we think he should not treat his patients that way This is the worst GP we ever had NOT HAPPY AT ALL-unprofessional people
Reception staff review -AWFULL. Been there recently and the receptionist had 4 phone calls while I was trying to complete the registration forms. She didn't get any phone properly and playing at the cable repeating 'hello? hello? can't hear you'. Obviously she couldn't hear, would it be because of the loud radio in the background? Or just lack of willing to do your job properly? Also with another occasion, while phoning them, they where asking for some more improper questions rather than get you an appointment. There are some personal question I am willing to share only with the doctor/nurse rather than someone who doesn't have medical knowledge at all.Also renamed my name, they have checked my full name when I presented all the paper works required, but ended up with another name. Why are they working there if they are not capable of copying a name properly?overall POOR RECEPTION STAFF! The doctor I've met so far can give him 5stars. But still the rating for it comes from the first impression!
